We leveraged this ecosystem to build something rare: a POS manufacturing operation that controls the full stack. From Android BSP porting to EMV kernel integration to PCI PTS security evaluation, every critical path runs in-house. No outsourced firmware. No black-box components. Complete traceability from silicon to shipment.
Our engineering team combines former payment network architects, embedded Linux developers, and hardware security engineers — all working on a single campus where design changes propagate from PCB CAD to assembly line in under 48 hours.

SMT & PCB Assembly
8 high-speed SMT lines with SPI (Solder Paste Inspection) and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection). 0201 component capability. Nitrogen reflow for RoHS compliance.
Firmware Loading
Secure bootloader provisioning, Android OS flashing, EMV kernel injection, and cryptographic identity provisioning in access-controlled cleanroom environment.
Key Injection
PCI PIN Security compliant key injection room with Thales HSM. Dual-access biometric control. Encrypted PIN key loading with tamper-evident audit logging per PCI requirements.
QA & Certification
72-hour burn-in testing, EMV L3 transaction simulation, NFC interoperability verification against 200+ reference cards, PCI tamper-evident seal inspection, and serialized QA reporting.
Secure Facility
Access-Controlled Production
Multi-zone biometric access control. Separate security domains for SMT, assembly, key injection, and finished goods storage. All access logged with 90-day retention for PCI audit trail compliance.
PCI Key Injection Room
Dedicated Faraday-caged room with Thales payShield 9000 HSM. Dual-access requirement (two authorized personnel + biometric + PIN). Real-time tamper monitoring with silent alarm. Key ceremonies follow PCI PIN Security v3.1 requirements.
Tamper-Evident Assembly
Multi-layer physical security: tamper-evident labels, security mesh overlays on PCB, potting compound on secure ICs, and ultrasonic welding of enclosure seams. Every device serialized and photographed during assembly for forensic traceability.

Established with a single SMT line focused on POS motherboard contract manufacturing for domestic Chinese brands.
PCI PTS v5.x Certification
First PCI PTS certification achieved. Expanded to 4 SMT lines. Began exporting Android POS terminals to Southeast Asian acquirers.
EMVCo L1/L2/L3 Full Approval
Completed full EMVCo terminal type approval. Launched Windows POS product line. Opened secure key injection facility. ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified.
Global Expansion
Deployed across 30+ countries. Added self-service kiosk and payment terminal product lines. Achieved Visa Ready and Mastercard TIP approval.
PCI PTS v6.1 & Scale
Upgraded to PCI PTS v6.1. Expanded to 8 SMT lines, 12,000 sqm. Annual capacity exceeding 500,000 units. 40+ country footprint. Regional certifications: Anatel, NOM, ICASA, SABER.
